Chris
Phillips With a background in Business Training at Cable & Wireless
plc, Chris has particular interest in leadership of people, effective teamwork,
employee communications and quality customer service and covers the subject areas
of Time Management, Stress Management, Field Service Management and Service Engineer
as a Company Ambassador. Myers Briggs accredited, recent major assignments have
included working with Gambica, TNA Europe, Siemens Medical Solutions, Advanced
Medical Optics, LINPAC Plastics, Rietschle Thomas, Waters Plc and HSBC Group. Don
Moore After an early career as a Fitness Instructor and then Tank Commander
in the British Army, Don moved into sales for Grand Met Group, winning plaudits,
prizes and promotions throughout the 1990's. A top professional, Don is an entertaining
and dynamic trainer, his ethos is to deliver training that is not only relevant
and easility understood by the delegate group, but is also a combination of theory,
supported by practical application. Don is extremely popular with a host of our

Boswell Jacquie's 25 years experience within the financial and retail
sectors has included international work in Hong Kong, Canada, New York and Zurich.
Jacquie has an energetic and very motivational style, using accelerated learning
methods to create the right atmosphere for learning but also adapts her style
to match the needs of the group and client base she is working with. An MBTI practitioner,
FPC and MIPD qualified, specialist topics include Management and Leadership, Team
Building, 360 Degree Feedback, Coaching, Performance Management, Presentation
Skills, Sales and Customer Care. Angie
Reed Angie is a highly experienced Consultant specialising in sales and
telesales training as well as marketing and recruitment. She has over 20 years
corporate experience in sales, training and sales and marketing management in
the UK and Europe. After a successful sales management career she moved into senior
management, heading up the UK Marketing Operation with responsibility for all
aspects of the marketing mix. Angie now works as a Consultant specialising in
sales training across all industry sectors. In addition to sales and telesales
training and coaching, she has helped clients with marketing, planning and recruitment
and development. Angie's key skills are in making training fun, accessible and
real; bringing reality into the training room whatever the training topic. Her
training is highly interactive and geared towards producing results on all levels;
motivation through training, with positive results for the individual and the
organisation. Richard
Newman Richard has been working with body language since 1995, as a teacher,
trainer, presenter, actor and coach. Richard has trained people of all levels,
from school and university students to international celebrities and British parliament.
He has also coached senior negotiators how to be more effective when dealing with
insurance settlements worth more than £4 billion per year. For the past
five years his focus has been on corporate training. He has used his body language
and communication skills experience to train people, from a vast range of companies.
Richard specialises in personal impact, body language and communication skills
for everyday business, his client's include Barclaycard, KPMG, Cambridge University,
Interbrand, Atkins Global, BPHA, Equitas, 3MEX and the British Parliament. Graham
Yemm Graham's training style is highly interactive and participative,
blending a sharing of knowledge, skill, experience and theory, whilst making all
content relevant to the needs and roles of the delegate group. Drawing on his
experience during his career in sales, personnel and internal company training,
Graham became a freelance training consultant, over the following 20 years, he
has continued to sell and manage clients, offer consultancy, coaching, training
and facilitation. Graham's areas of expertise include: Selling Skills at all levels,
Sales Strategy, Sales Management, Organisational Development, Creating the Right
Culture and Leadership Skills. Steve
Ward An experienced and successful performance coach and trainer who
is passionate about inspiring and helping people to unlock their potential and
to maximise their performance, with over fifteen years of teaching, training and
coaching experience. Steve
has an Honours Degree in Education, is a Sportsmind Elite Performance Coach, NLP
Master Practitioner, Master NLP Hypnotherapist, Sports and Performance Hypnosis
Practitioner, and Accredited Stress Management Trainer. He has written extensively
on performance and mental training in several leading publications including Golf
Monthly, Soldier Magazine and PE and Sport Today, and has featured in The Independent,
The Scotsman and the Times Educational Supplement; he has also appeared on Radio
4 and Talk Sport Radio, and is an in demand conference speaker, coach and workshop
presenter. Nigel
Amphlett Nigel has twenty five years extensive experience (mostly at Senior
Management Level) successfully working for and with some of Britain's largest
private and public sector Retail, Telecommunications, Media, Service, Transport,
Construction, Automotive, Logistics and Banking organisations. Nigel became a
Management Consultant in January 2002 and has been working with a wide variety
of organisations. Nigel has held Learning/Training and Development Manager, Management
Development Manager and Resourcing Manager positions within these companies. Nigel
is an achievement orientated, pragmatic and effective Consultant. In particular
he has a passion for people development and delivering management/ behavioural
skills. He brings a proven track record of implementing sustainable results and
considerable facilitation skills. These enable managers to explore and resolve
personal and business issues so that key performance can be delivered. Kate
Scott An energetic and enthusiastic qualified Chartered Accountant, with
a highly successful career in a Top 5 Accountancy firm, Kate has an innovative
and down to earth training style, which consistently delivers high results. Kate
designs and delivers training on a variety of topics including Strategic Finance
for Business Leaders, Finance Fundamentals, Budgeting, Essentials of Finance,
Value Based Management and Value Creation. Fiona
Butler Fiona is an energetic marketing professional with a highly successful
career in blue-chip and privately owned multi-national companies and in a business
consultancy and has had extensive experience in both FMCG and industrial marketing.
Fiona started her career as a graduate trainee with Cadbury Limited. A move to
Revlon International as Marketing Manager gave her a strategic marketing role
across many product categories. Since 1996, Fiona has been working as a freelance
Trainer in a wide range of industries from Telecommunications, Banking, Retail
to FMCG. Fiona is much in demand for her innovative and interactive approach to

Gould A professional consultant with an outstanding record for helping

Wide experience of financial services, chemicals, automotive, construction and

Benjamin Mark's work experience includes sales roles within the Mercedes-Benz
Dealer Network and American Express and over a decade running his own Art retail
business. The past 12 years of his career have been spent training interpersonal
skills for a number of organisations including Mercedes-Benz, BBC South, Evans
Halshaw Motor Group and Trenchwood Homes. Mark's training style is inspirational
